These Website Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Website Terms") apply whenever you order any product or service through our website (the "Website"). These Website Terms should be read alongside, and are in addition to, our Consumer Terms and Conditions ("Consumer Terms"), our Guarantee Conditions ("Guarantee Conditions"), the Terms and Conditions relevant to the particular Products and Services (if any) ("Relevant Service Terms") and our Privacy Policy. This Website is intended for purchases of car, van and 4x4 vehicle tyre fitting services together with selected vehicle-related products and services. It is intended for use by individual retail consumers only and should not be used by business or account customers. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, "Product" means all products and parts supplied as part of any service we carry out, and "Service" shall mean any services or repairs we carry out, including product fitting, inspections, checks and servicing. By ordering a Product or Service from us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Website Terms.

1. About Us

2. About You

2.1 By ordering Products and Services from us, you confirm that you are: (a) over 18 years old; (b) resident in Northern Ireland or the United Kingdom; and (c) ordering Products for fitting in Northern Ireland. If any of the above is incorrect, you must not place an order.
2.2 This Website is for use only by those ordering Products and Services for fitting in Northern Ireland. Fitting is available only at selected Modern Tyres locations.

3. Product Descriptions

3.1 All Product descriptions and illustrations are provided in good faith for guidance only. Actual products may vary.
3.2 All prices shown are in Pound Sterling (£), include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate, and may include environmental or service charges where applicable. Fitting services such as disposal of old tyres, valves and balancing may be included in the price. No refund will be given if these are not required. All products must be fitted at a Modern Tyres location or approved partner and cannot be collected without fitting.
3.3 Products are subject to availability.
3.4 We reserve the right to amend prices or availability at any time. If a Product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.
3.5 If an error is identified in pricing or description, we will notify you and you may confirm or cancel your order.

4. How to Order Products

4.1 You may search for Products using the Website and select from the available results.
4.2 You must enter your personal details. Mandatory fields must be completed. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.3 You must select a fitting location and appointment date. The date must be at least 3 working days from the order date and no more than one month in advance.
4.4 A summary of your order will be displayed and you may amend details before proceeding.
4.5 Once confirmed, you may proceed to payment. Submission of payment does not constitute acceptance.
4.6 A contract is formed only when you attend your appointment and availability is confirmed.
4.7 We may contact you to confirm your booking, resolve issues with your order, or arrange cancellation or refund where required.
4.8 All payments must be made in Pound Sterling (£) and we accept most major credit and debit cards.
4.9 Products remain our property until payment has been received in full.

5. Payment

5.1 All payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If authorisation is withdrawn, your order may be cancelled.
5.2 If your order is not accepted, any payment received will be refunded.
5.3 We reserve the right to carry out checks where fraud is suspected and to involve relevant authorities.

6. Provision of Fitting Services

6.1 You must attend your selected fitting location at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your appointment.
6.2 We will check that Products are suitable for your vehicle before fitting. If not, we will advise you and offer alternatives where possible.
6.3 If you cannot attend your appointment, you must contact us to rearrange. Rearranged appointments must be within one month of the original order.
6.4 We reserve the right to cancel orders where Products become unavailable or appointments are not fulfilled within one month. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

7. Our Liability to You

7.1 We will use reasonable care and skill in fulfilling orders. Information on the Website is for general guidance only and may not meet individual requirements.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or revenue.
7.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Products and Services.
7.4 We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control.
7.5 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by negligence.
7.6 These terms are in addition to your rights under our Consumer Terms.
7.7 Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 No contract is formed until your fitting appointment is completed and availability confirmed. You may cancel your order at any time before this point and receive a full refund.
8.2 Refunds may be issued where you cancel in line with these terms, where Products are unavailable, where pricing errors occur, or where a lower-priced alternative is accepted. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
